Why Thai Palm Oil Drivers Prefer JGM Electric Loaders for Non‑Stop Work
2026-09-22
Author:
Thailand, the world’s third-largest palm oil producer—and at one of the region’s biggest palm oil supply factories, the entire process from fresh fruit to pressed palm fiber relies on loaders.
Take palm fruit bunches—they are heavy, oil-rich, and prone to slipping during scooping if not handled carefully. Plus, the shorter the time from harvest to pressing, the higher the oil yield, so every minute counts in material handling. As for the pressed palm fiber, it is fibrous, bulky, and lightweight, making efficient truck loading another challenge in itself.

High-Efficiency Operation, All-Day Endurance
Walk into the factory, and you’ll see multiple JGM electric loaders shuttling back and forth non-stop.
The factory owner says with a smile: “They handle both fruit and fiber, working continuously from morning till night. These electric loaders are fast, run a full day on a single charge, and require minimal maintenance. And with Thailand’s heat, the air-conditioned cabs are a real bonus—our drivers actually fight over who gets to drive them.”
Triple-Motor Full-Speed Continuously Variable Transmission
This 6‑tonne powerhouse, the JGM860E‑MAX, offers a dumping height of 3.42 metres and delivers over 170 kN of both traction and breakout force.
At its heart lies an industry-leading triple‑motor full‑speed continuously variable drive system: dual traction motors plus an independent hydraulic pump motor, each spinning at up to 12,000 r/min. With no gear shifting needed, power delivery is strong and smooth—every bucketful is packed to the brim.
Driving Greener and Smarter Industrial Operations
Word of mouth travels fast—and customer satisfaction is the best advertisement there is.
JGM continues to upgrade and evolve, expanding the boundaries of equipment applications and adapting to diverse operating conditions. With rugged, high-efficiency, long-endurance, and truly reliable machines, we are proud to be a trusted partner on our global customers’ journey to greater profitability.
